Biography SIDEBURN: Stockholmbased band SIDEBURN combines the best of the classic/Heavyrock, blues, doom and the progressive genres and comes up with their own unique sound. They have released 2 fullenght albums "Trying to burn the sun" 2002 Vinyl Magic/Beard of Stars records (Italy) and "The newborn sun" 2007 Buzzville records (Belgium). both albums got great reviews both in the Swedish and foreign press. They have done a lot of gigs around Sweden and some gigs in the rest of Europe. They played the Sweden rock festival in 2007 and "Rock at sea" the same year. The band have recently signed a new record deal with the Swedish label Transubstans Records/Record Heaven ( and will be labelmates with Graveyard, Abramis Brama, Babian a.o). The new album "The demon dance" will be released worldwide in Apr-May 2010. And they also signed a Management/Booking deal in Feb 2010 with Wolfwerk Management (who also works with Corroded, M.A.N. a.o).
