One can only send Premium SMS for the total cost of 3000 SEK per telephone number per calendar month. This is a rule given to OpeningAct AB by our SMS delivery partner Bozoka/Mobilstart.

The SMS delivery process.
Your votes will not be registered on OpeningAct until our server has got a message from your operator via OpeningAct’s SMS delivery partner. Once, we have received a signal, you will get a SMS return with text “Thank you for voting…”, and accordingly your SMS account will be debited and your vote will be counted and presented on our website.

Limitations in SMS deliveries.
Your operator can face difficulties in delivering SMS due to their queuing systems. If OpeningAct has not received a delivery your vote will not be counted. OpeningAct cannot control when your operator process you request. And hence OpeningAct cannot be responsible that your vote comes to our servers in time.

OpeningAct places a “time-tag” in your SMS return.
When you get your SMS return there will be a time tag, as this: “Time for SMS was: 10:35:44”. This gives you the exact time when OpeningAct has received your SMS delivery and when your vote is counted.
